Job summary

Scaled Composites, an aerospace manufacturing leader, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to drive accurate, timely payroll operations and uphold strict compliance across the full payroll cycle. You will partner with HR, Accounting, and IT to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of payroll experience, CPP certification, and proficiency with ADP and Costpoint/Deltek.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years payroll experience.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.
Experience with large-scale payroll systems such as ADP and Costpoint/Deltek.
Knowledge of US payroll tax regulations; international payroll concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee accurate, timely payroll cycles (regular, supplemental, off-cycle).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax regulations and labor laws.
Develop, implement, and improve payroll policies, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and IT to integrate payroll with HRIS and timekeeping systems.
Lead automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Prepare payroll metrics and executive reports for senior leadership.
Support audit readiness and respond to inquiries.
