Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their team on a remote basis to support a large client in the semiconductor industry. You will utilize your advanced skills within ADP Workforce Now to help ensure that payroll is processed with speed and accuracy. Job responsibilities are as follows:

• Audit employee pay records and reconcile by department, location, country, etc.
• Verify compliance with local, stage and federal payroll requirements, and staying up to date with current changes in the law
• Assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings, etc.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and implement improvements to payroll systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience processing payroll
• 3+ years of recent experience using ADP Workforce Now
• Experience running reports and processing payroll for large groups of employees, analyzing data trends, and preparing reports for executive leadership
