Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to maintain and improve payroll systems, ensure compliance, and document business requirements. The role will support escalations and guide other payroll staff in day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP payroll systems. This on-site position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in the Cincinnati area.

Responsibilities

• Keep Cintas Payroll systems updated for compliance and business processes by documenting requirements
• Act as a Tier 2 liaison with internal customers
• Support Payroll Analysts 1 and Payroll Administrators with escalation inquiries
• Manage workflow of the payroll ticketing system
• Analyze and interpret reports for internal customers
• Lead efforts to define system requirements, including testing and implementation

Cintas is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, keeping the Cintas Payroll systems updated in regard to both compliance and business processes by documenting requirements; acting as a Tier 2 liaison with internal customers; supporting Payroll Analysts 1 and Payroll Administrators with escalation inquiries; managing the workflow of the payroll ticketing system, analyzing and interpreting reports for internal customers and leading efforts to define system requirements, including the testing and implementation for changes in area of responsibility.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years' payroll experience
• Customer service and support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred:

• SAP Payroll system experience
