Vaco is hiring a Payroll Analyst for an immediate direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Jacksonville.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze multi-state payroll with a focus on compliance
• Manage timekeeping and system integrations (Kronos & Workday)
• Audit payroll data, research variances, and perform manual FLSA/overtime calculations
• Support payroll tax compliance, earnings/deductions setup, and shift differential structures

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll audits/analysis
• Experience with Kronos and Workday strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Leadership experience a plus
