Job summary

Pretium Enterprise Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll for a multi-entity, multi-state organization predominantly through Workday, with ADP as the service provider. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and data integrity across payroll inputs and recordkeeping.

You will handle bi-weekly and semi-monthly processing, tax withholdings, benefits, garnishments, audits, and W-2 activities, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of payroll processing in a multi-state, matrixed organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
  • Experience with Workday and/or ADP Smart Compliance for tax, wage payments, and garnishment administration.
  • APA FPC or CPP, or progress toward either.

Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle in-house payroll for a multi-entity, multi-state organization (bi-weekly and semi-monthly).
  • Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, retirement plans, and other withholdings.
  • Administer and audit time and attendance activity and garnishments.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and coordinate with payroll services.
  • Support W-2 processing, reconciliations, and audits; maintain records.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll laws and best practices.

This role ensures all data inputs to the payroll cycle produce accurate payrolls and recordkeeping. Work is primarily performed in Workday, our payroll software, in coordination with ADP, our payroll service provider.
