Job Title:Senior Payroll Administrator, North America
Location:East Brunswick New Jersey, USA (3 days/week in office)
Job Type:Full-Time, Exempt
Experience:5+ years of US and Canada payroll processing
Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator with expertise in Canadian and U.S. payroll processes, with a focus on Canada. Experience with multi-provincial Canada payroll processing (ADP Workforce Now Canada preferred) and U.S. payroll processing (UKGPro preferred) is required. Responsibilities include a combination of payroll functions for Canadian and U.S. payroll including processing, tax reconciliation and finance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for assigned U.S. and Canada companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform payroll processing, tax reconciliation, and reporting for assigned companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on payroll initiatives in the U.S. and Canada.
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Work Environment:
- Requires working 3 days/week in the New Jersey office, with remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in U.S. and Canada payroll processing and review.
- 3+ years of intensive experience with ADP WFN Canada (preferred), including taxes and year-end reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations in Ontario and Quebec.
- Experience with payroll processing in a shared services or vendor-based environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $75,000-$85,000.
