Job summary

Well Care Health is seeking a Sr. Contract Analyst to support contracting, credentialing, and compliance across payors and vendors. The role focuses on maintaining contract terms, executing annual payor strategy, and ensuring Medicare/Medicaid, PECOS, NPPES, SoS, and state license compliance.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documents are essential. Collaborative teamwork, confidentiality, and effective time management are required to keep agency operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in contract drafting and/or negotiation preferred.
• Home health experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, negotiate, maintain contracts for vendors and payors.
• Maintain payor credentialization and compliance with PECOS, NPPES, SoS, and licenses.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for entering new service areas.
• Ensure timely contract management and analytics via tracker.
