• Lead negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of payor contracts with commercial, governmental, and managed care payors across hospitals and clinics.
• Oversee contract modeling, rate validation, and payor performance monitoring to identify revenue risks and opportunities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to Executive Leadership on payor contract offerings and strategy.
• Oversee billing, collections, and revenue integrity for hospital and clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payor requirements; monitor KPIs like net revenue yield and days in AR.
