Job summary
Apple Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Wallet & Payment Compliance (Issuer Products) to scale Apple Pay issuer capabilities across US partners.
You will own end-to-end issuer product experiences, guiding integrations with issuers, networks, PSPs, and FinTechs to deliver secure, reliable wallets. You will define technical requirements, drive integration plans, and lead multiple projects from conception to rollout, collaborating with BD, engineering, and external partners to enable
Qualifications
- 8+ years as payments product/program manager in fintech or core payment tech.
- Experience with issuers, networks, PSPs, and processors.
- Strong ability to lead complex tech initiatives across NFC, EMV, and wallets.
Responsibilities
- Own enablement and technical implementation of Apple Pay issuer products.
- Collaborate with BD to drive adoption and scale issuer features.
- Define technical requirements, integration and testing plans, and launch milestones.
- Lead partner onboarding and end-to-end implementations.
- Provide ongoing technical support and feature enablement to increase conversion.
- Translate partner needs into technical requirements and product improvements.
- Develop documentation, APIs/SDKs, and tooling to simplify integrations.
- Serve as SME on tokenization, provisioning, network tokenization, and Apple Pay flows.
- Monitor industry trends and advise on market-ready enhancements.
