Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Product Leaders, Business Partners, Architects, Developers, QA engineers, and Operations teams. You will translate business objectives into actionable requirements and ensure solutions meet operational and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design support, agile team participation, testing assistance, and active stakeholder engagement to drive successful technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis, Product Support, Technology Delivery, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements, including business/functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases and business rules.
• Solution Design Support: Collaborate with Product Leaders, Architects, and Engineers to evaluate options and support process redesign and workflow optimization.
• Agile Team Participation: Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming, helping ensure teams have the information needed for delivery.
• Testing & Quality Support: Assist with test planning and user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality vs requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status and impacts, facilitate meetings, and support change management and operational readiness.
