Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer payment behavior and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop payment strategy recommendations balancing customer experience and financials.
• Create queries, models, dashboards, and what-if analyses for decision support.
• Collaborate with Product, Fraud, Risk, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare concise executive presentations of findings and impacts.
• Monitor payment industry trends and evaluate new solutions.
