You will partner across Product, Finance, Technology, Risk, Fraud, and Operations to analyze payment behavior, build data-driven recommendations, and influence strategy, with opportunities to impact billions in annual payment volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combo.
• 2-4 years of written communication and presentation experience.
• 2-4 years of strategy and problem-solving experience with data-driven recommendations.
• 2-4 years of data analytics and financial modeling experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• SQL knowledge and Snowflake proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large customer payment datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven payment strategy recommendations balancing customer experience and financial performance.
• Build financial models and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Fraud, Risk, Technology, Finance, and Operations on initiatives.
• Prepare concise executive presentations communicating findings and impacts.
• Monitor payment industry trends and evaluate new solutions to improve payment experience.
