Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its Payments team in the Atlanta area. You will gather requirements, configure, and implement payment solutions for public sector clients, collaborating closely with implementation managers and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

The role blends technical discovery, integration, and SME responsibilities, with emphasis on AI-enabled solutions, risk management, and high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting with customer-facing experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL; familiarity with Git workflows and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery: document technical specifications for solutions using Euna Payment products.
• Implementation & Configuration: gather requirements, configure, and implement solutions across products.
• Technical SME: lead status calls, provide guidance on integrations and product functionality.
