Capgemini in Chicago, IL seeks a Payments Subject Matter Expert and Senior Business Analyst. You will bridge business, operations, and tech teams to transform payment platforms, oversee requirements, and ensure compliant, customer-centric payment solutions across ACH, RTP, digital wallets, and card payments.

You will lead workshops, document BRDs/FRDs, and guide UAT, testing, and change management, leveraging a deep payments background in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in payments, payment operations, business analysis, or payment transformation programs.
• Proven experience as a Payments SME and Business Analyst on large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in payment ecosystems and end-to-end payment processing workflows.
• Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of ACH Payments, Real-Time Payments (RTP), Wire Transfers, Digital Payments, Payment Reconciliation, and related operations.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary Payments SME for payment transformation and modernization programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify payment-related challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis sessions.
• Document and manage BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into solution designs.
• Support vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and UAT.
