Job summary

Booking Holdings Inc. is seeking a senior attorney with extensive experience in leading and executing payments strategies. You will partner with BHFS US to advise on licensing, money transmission, BSA compliance, and regulatory initiatives while shaping the payments landscape for global brands.

You will work with product teams, risk, and external counsel to deliver practical legal guidance and influence strategic decisions in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, in-house and/or law firm preferred.
• Law degree from a top-tier law school.
• Experience advising on regulatory matters in financial services or payments.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Director Legal, BHFS US and support regulatory matters in payments.
• Advise on licensing, money transmission, BSA compliance and related issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, risk, compliance and finance teams.
• Engage with Booking Holdings Global Legal Department across brands.
• Manage outside counsel for regulatory initiatives and products.
• Work with public affairs on payments regulation matters.
• Identify and monitor emerging payments regulatory issues affecting BHFS US.
