Booking Holdings’ BKNG Fintech Legal team seeks a senior attorney to lead and execute payments strategies across our brands globally. You will partner closely with product, technology, risk, and compliance teams to shape regulatory strategy and enable seamless payments experiences for travelers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in-house or at a leading law firm.
• Experience advising on regulatory matters in financial services or payments.
• Bar admission in good standing in a US state (NY preferred).
• Experience with payments ecosystem, consumer protection, and data/privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory legal matters related to payments and financial services in the US and Americas.
• Advise on licensing, money transmission, BSA compliance, and related matters.
• Act as trusted advisor to BHFS US management and cross-functional teams.
• Manage outside counsel to obtain tailored regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with public affairs on payments and financial services regulation.
