Qualifications
- Significant experience advising on regulatory matters in financial services or payments.
- Experience with money services business licensing and money transmission.
- Familiarity with US and international payments regulatory contexts and product development considerations.
Responsibilities
- Advise on licensing, money transmission, BSA compliance and related regulatory matters.
- Lead and execute payments strategies to support the Booking Holdings brands globally.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, risk and compliance teams to shape payments initiatives.
