Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own roadmap execution for payments products in a dynamic environment. You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong Jira skills, deep payments knowledge, and a track record of driving Agile practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.
• 5+ years of Payments domain experience.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and release tracking.
• Deep understanding of payment transaction lifecycles and payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with business, engineering, architecture, QA, and operations teams.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product reviews.
• Provide regular communication on progress, risks, and delivery status.
• Serve as the payments SME across card payments, ACH, RTP, FedNow, digital wallets, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud controls.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and production support.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
