Job summary

Goldman Sachs Group seeks a Digital Product Manager – Associate for its Transaction Banking division in Dallas, TX. You will help deliver payment servicing capabilities for corporate clients, support web and API-based features, and optimize workflows for clients and internal teams.

You will partner with engineering, design, operations, and client-facing teams to translate complex payment needs into scalable digital products, while ensuring high usability and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product management or related roles.
• Preferred at least 2 years of experience with transaction banking or payments products.

Responsibilities

• Define self-serve and automated payment servicing capabilities.
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria for Design and Engineering resources.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of features.
• Collaborate with the UX design team to meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine product features.
