Job summary

Fullbay is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Payments to own roadmap and drive growth for a payments platform in the heavy-duty repair sector. You will define requirements, coordinate with engineering and external partners, and focus on monetization, activation, and adoption KPIs.

The role requires deep fintech experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a fintech-ready experience across onboarding and payment flows.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management experience in fintech/B2B payments.
• Track record of owning payment KPIs: activation, monetization, adoption.
• Knowledge of payments ecosystem: processing, facilitation, B2B transactions.
• Experience with modern payments platforms; Stripe preferred; Adyen valued.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on payments roadmap; drive KPI-aligned priorities.
• Translate priorities into clear requirements and exit criteria.
• Define outcomes tied to activation, attach rate, monetization, and take rates.
• Improve onboarding, payment method selection, and capital offer flows via integrations.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations; coordinate with Stripe.
