Job summary

SWIVEL is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge payment technologies. You will own complex projects and drive strategic initiatives, working closely with engineering and leadership teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will shape product direction, define roadmaps, translate insights into requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through market launches. Willingness to travel domestically quarterly to HQ or client engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum six (6) years delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, ACH, card processing.
• Minimum six (6) years delivering SDKs, APIs or UI features for FIs/CUs or managing B2B SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Creates features, epics, and technical user stories for Dev teams to build a new platform.
• Collaborates on the product roadmap with leadership.
• Produces technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Delivers Go to Market and commercialization materials.
• Leads cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Manages the product backlog for Transaction Processing.
• Integrates 3rd party services and SaaS vendors to the platform.
