Job summary

SWIVEL is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and execute product strategy, lead a team of PMs and a Product Designer, and own multiple portfolios. The role balances long-term vision with hands-on leadership to drive customer value, revenue growth, and market competitiveness.

You will shape pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies while aligning investments with company objectives and industry opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience with strategy and roadmaps.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing Product Managers or equivalent teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Experience in pricing, monetization, and go-to-market plans.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and research.
• Ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic thinking, and decision making.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• 5+ years in Credit Unions/Financial Institutions/Fintechs or related finance domains.
• Understanding of Credit Union landscape and buying motions.
• Experience in digital banking, payments, or financial services SaaS.
• Willingness to travel locally and/or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Defines and owns the strategic direction, vision, and multi-year roadmap for assigned product portfolios.
• Identifies market opportunities, competitive threats, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
• Partners with Executive Leadership to align strategy with objectives, financial targets, and growth.
• Establishes portfolio priorities and makes investment trade-offs across opportunities.
• Ensures roadmaps align with customer value, revenue growth, and operational goals.
• Owns product business outcomes including revenue growth, adoption, retention, and profitability.
• Drives pricing, packaging, monetization, and commercialization strategies.
• Leads product launches and go-to-market readiness for major initiatives.
• Oversees a team of Product Managers and a Product Designer.
