• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and implementation phases.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and interface requirements.
• Collaborate with product, development, and client teams.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Support product enhancements by identifying market and client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex implementation projects.
• Provide project support through delivery, deployment, and client signoff.
