Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting business systems, payment processing platforms, or related operational systems.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.
• Experience with software implementations, system enhancements, and production support.
• Experience working with integrated business systems and data interfaces.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, and enhance Cash Management Services platforms and payment-processing systems.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements for new products, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and external vendors to support implementation of new systems and APIs.
• Perform impact analysis and coordinate testing activities for software releases and system upgrades.
• Monitor production issues, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements.
