Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payments analytics, payment operations, or a closely related role.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and maintaining data models.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, card networks, and payment processing mechanics.
• Experience evaluating and translating model outputs into business decisions.
• Ability to form hypotheses and resolve data anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction costs and success rates to develop improvement recommendations.
• Investigate payment failure patterns and validate findings with data.
• Evaluate payment routing strategies and assess new configurations.
• Build alerts to detect anomalies and monitor payment processing.
• Collaborate with Data Science for model evaluation and insights.
