Qualifications

• 3+ years Payment Posting and claims experience in the healthcare industry.
• Expertise knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and Private Pay requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with ASC billing and revenue cycle management systems.
• Ability to drive results and meet client KPIs under varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for the client account and provide high-level training.
• Partner with learning and development to create client-specific curricula.
• Review and analyze reports to maximize efficiency and focus on issues.
• Identify denial trends and report on payer issues with recovery plans.
• Manage and drive payment posting; maintain knowledge of client SOWs.
• Support policy updates and share best practices for posting procedures.
• Monitor account activity and communicate trends to stakeholders.
