The Client Success Manager will oversee assigned client accounts, manage servicing and profitability, and act as the primary liaison between clients and nimble Solutions while coaching team members to deliver quality client service.

Competenze

• Solid background in physician revenue cycle management including accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting.
• Experience with third-party billing and claims processing procedures.
• Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems with production and client reporting.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Engage in regular client interactions via email, calls, and in-person visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Interface with client service staff to prepare, analyze, and present client deliverables with accuracy and quality.
• Identify potential problems with client performance and develop plans to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure resources are available and used effectively to maximize account performance.
• Monitor and report on billing effectiveness and cash flow; recommend improvements.
• Stay current on payment trends, coding, and payer requirements; implement process improvements.
• Generate client reports and provide commentary on the value delivered.
