Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Payment Hub program, driving the roadmap for payment systems across the enterprise. The role requires Agile project management expertise, strong governance, and the ability to align with Operations, Technology, Accounting, Compliance and Risk to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree; high school diploma/GED and 10+ years of Product Management experience
• 7+ years payment systems, treasury or product management related experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and roadmap of innovative new capabilities to keep the business a leader in the space, owning OKRs.
• Subject matter expert for owned product(s) with deep expertise including features, functionality and customer journey.
• Manage, prioritize, and track implementation of features within the program backlog aligned with product strategy and enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with SMEs to document current and future state payment processes, set product vision, identify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Accountable for research, analysis and business case development of new products or components.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks and gain alignment around feature strategy.
• Oversee UAT, set quality standards, develop test plans, and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Lead change management strategies across the value chain including product release plans.
• Align with Operations, Technology, Accounting, Compliance and Risk.
• Lead program updates and prepare status updates.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
