Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Product Manager for the Payment Hub program in the United States. The role focuses on Agile product management for payment systems and governance, delivering features that support backend payment processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, define product vision, and manage the backlog while aligning with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk. Travel may be required due to matrixed delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 7+ years payment systems, treasury or product management related experience.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and roadmap of innovative new capabilities and OKRs.
• Act as subject matter expert for owned product(s) and customer journey.
• Manage, prioritize, and track features within the program backlog to maximize value.
• Document current and future state payment processes and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases and identify risks.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure quality with test plans and UAT.
