Job summary

Synchrony seeks a Product Manager for the Payment Hub program to lead the vision, roadmap, and governance of payment capabilities across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk, manage the program backlog, define acceptance criteria, and drive change management from planning through release while delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years product management experience accepted.
• 7+ years payment systems, treasury or product management related experience.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and roadmap of innovative payment capabilities and OKRs.
• Act as subject matter expert for owned product(s) with deep feature and customer journey knowledge.
• Manage, prioritize, and track implementation of features within the program backlog to maximize value.
• Collaborate with enterprise SMEs to document current and future state payment processes and define acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog communications, dependencies, risks, and product requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee UAT, set quality standards, and participate in agile ceremonies to improve processes.
