The candidate will bring 10+ years in healthcare consulting or BA, strong workshop facilitation skills, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis, process design, or healthcare consulting.
• Lead-analyst experience on complex initiatives.
• Strong requirements documentation and traceability.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis on payer initiatives, ensuring end-to-end traceability from intake to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs, owners, and delivery teams.
• Provide SME guidance on analysis and process design, review junior work.
• Collaborate with PM and architects to validate scope and status.
• Produce RAID logs and requirements artifacts.
