Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Payer Contracting Executive to lead end-to-end payer negotiations across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid opportunities. You will develop roadmaps to expand network access, pursue new payer opportunities, and ensure compliance across contracts and government programs.

Responsibilities include negotiating pricing with payers, credentialing, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize access and protect margins for specialty pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• Experience negotiating payer or network agreements in specialty pharmacy or managed care contracting.
• Working knowledge of commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid payer environments and network access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer negotiations end to end, including rate and term negotiation, network participation, and renewal strategy.
• Develop and execute a payer access roadmap for expanded contracts with non-network opportunities.
• Outreach to payers to identify credentialing and network requirements and pursue new access opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with payers following policy and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate credentialing and new contract applications for payer and government clients.
