Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Payer Contracting Executive to join our team. This remote role leads end-to-end payer negotiations across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid and develops a payer access roadmap to grow covered lives while protecting margins for our specialty pharmacy.

You will collaborate with trade relations, finance, legal, and compliance, interfacing with payer representatives to manage contracts, credentialing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician or related certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in payer contracting, managed care, or specialty pharmacy.
• Experience negotiating payer or network agreements in specialty or managed care contracting.
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid payer environments.
• Ability to comply with corporate compliance programs.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payer negotiations including rate, term, and network participation.
• Develop payer access roadmaps and expand networks.
• Outreach to payers to pursue new access opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with payers.
• Coordinate credentialing and contract applications for payer/government clients.
• Ensure contract compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Prepare data analytics and reports for leadership.
