Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Payer Contracting Executive to lead end-to-end payer negotiations and expand access across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid opportunities. You will work with finance, legal, compliance, and account teams to secure favorable contracts and protect margin for our specialty pharmacy.

You will develop payer access roadmaps, credentialing, and network expansion strategies, while monitoring contract compliance and performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of payer contracting, managed care, or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Experience negotiating payer or network agreements or contracts.
• Working knowledge of commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid payer environments.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred; professional certifications welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Lead payer negotiations end to end including rate/term and renewal strategy.
• Develop payer access roadmap and expand networks for Lumicera and partners.
• Outreach to payers to identify credentialing and network requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with payers per policy and compliance.
• Prepare documents for payer applications, contracts, and reviews.
• Track contracts from inception to completion with stakeholders.
