Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare/finance or related field is required.
• 4–7 years of experience in business planning and analytics related to Medicaid, managed care contracting, payer analytics, planning, development, forecasting, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead complex analytics on Medicaid and Value Based contract proposals; evaluate financial impact and advise on recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations with financial analyses tied to reimbursement.
• Develop automated reporting for Medicaid, Managed Care, and Value Based business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate managed care contract loads and timely rate updates.
• Develop and enhance revenue trend analyses and reporting suites for leadership.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field

Master's degree preferred
