Job summary

Nicklaus Children's is seeking a Sr Manager Governmental Analytics to lead financial preparation, modeling, and forecasting related to Medicaid funding. You will oversee analytics for payer strategy initiatives and develop complex financial analytics packages for negotiations.

You will collaborate with the VP Population Health and Payer Strategy, support Epic/FinThrive efforts, and drive government-related initiatives across regions, ensuring robust financial modeling and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of analytics, forecasting, and executive presentations related to Medicaid financing/reimbursement.
• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and leads complex analytics on Medicaid and Commercial proposals; evaluates financial impact and makes recommendations.
• Supports contract negotiations with financial analysis tying together reimbursement concepts.
• Maintains automated reporting mechanisms for Medicaid, Managed Care, and Value Based business with proactive trending.
