Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of analytics, forecasting, and executive presentations on Medicaid financing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Medicaid and commercial financial analytics and advise on reimbursement.
• Support contract negotiations with financial analysis tying multidisciplinary concepts.
• Develop automated reporting for Medicaid, Managed Care, and value-based care.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on legislative priorities and complex financial models.
• Represent Nicklaus in the Directed Payment Program with playbooks and analytics.
• Create payer data cubes for in-depth financial analysis.
