Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing consulting experience in digital strategy or transformation programs.
• Experience leading consultant teams in planning, analysis, and delivery.
• Familiarity with onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Strong business/financial data modeling and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of common consulting frameworks and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead, managing consultant teams for commercial projects, ensuring governance, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Assess proposed solutions for opportunity expansion and strategic growth, including partner involvement.
• Drive cross-functional solutioning and governance alignment across teams.
• Oversee daily activities of project staff, including non-consulting members.
• Review deliverables for quality, requirements alignment, and integration.
• Lead project post-mortems to extract lessons and IP for reuse.
• Apply strategic thinking to identify value-add opportunities for clients.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate engagement challenges to decision-makers.
