Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Consulting Manager- Payer BA to lead client engagements, drive solution delivery, and fuel growth within Cognizant's consulting practice.

You will work with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic transformations. The role requires 10+ years in consulting with strong client-facing experience, a IT-related degree, and proficiency in leading onsite/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience with extensive client-facing exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to lead consultant teams in planning, tasking, analysis and delivery.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore teams.
• Proficiency in business/financial data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead, managing teams for commercial projects and ensuring governance, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Assess proposed solutions for opportunity expansion and strategic growth including partner involvement.
• Drive collaborative solutioning across cross-functional teams and enforce governance.
• Oversee daily activities of project staff and both consulting and non-consulting members.
• Review project deliverables for quality, requirements alignment and integration.
• Lead project post-mortems to extract lessons and IP for reuse.
• Apply strategic thinking to create value-add opportunities for clients.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate engagement challenges to decision-makers.
