Senior Patient Services Specialist – Senior Level – Heart & Vascular Team

Join our Heart & Vascular team as a Senior Patient Services Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting life‑saving specialty care. In this elevated front‑office role, you’ll serve as a key resource for patients and caregivers—coordinating complex scheduling, guiding patients through their care journey, and ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience from start to finish.

In addition to performing core functions of the Associate and Journey PSS roles, this position is responsible for resolving complex issues, orienting and training new caregivers, and actively supporting departmental initiatives and continuous improvement.
