Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to analyze adverse events and peer review processes.
• Identify trends from data to improve clinical quality systems and performance.
• Ensure confidentiality of peer review and risk management information.
• Recommend corrective actions to reduce risk and support inter-department interventions.
