Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in Patient Safety/Quality & Process Improvement/Project Management.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a large, complex health care delivery system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data tools.
• Certification in CPHP/CPPS or PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of safety and quality into organizational practices to achieve care targets.
• Coach, facilitate, and mentor staff across multiple disciplines in PMI methodologies.
• Manage change initiatives, spread improvements, and ensure sustainability plans.
• Design data structures and analytics to support improvement initiatives.
