The role requires master's-level healthcare education, Virginia licensure, and advanced certifications, with a focus on quality, patient safety, and process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Patient Safety/Quality & Process Improvement/Project Management.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a large, complex health care delivery system.
• Proficient in using PCs and standard software (Word, Excel, Internet, email).

• Lead integration of safety and quality into organizational targets and strategy.
• Coach and mentor staff on safety, quality, and project management methods.
• Apply data analytics, SPC, and visualization to guide improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and FMEAs to drive sustainable change.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary projects through inception, execution, and spread.
