VCU Health is seeking a Patient Safety & Quality Consultant to partner with executives and clinical leaders in strategic planning and data-driven safety initiatives. You will lead improvement projects, coach teams, and promote a just culture across service lines.

Responsibilities include RCAs, high reliability adoption, and process redesign to reduce harm while improving patient outcomes and care transitions. Must have nursing or healthcare admin background.

• Bachelor's degree required in a related clinical or academic field
• Experience in healthcare quality and safety improvement
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
