Qualifications

• Minimum nursing experience in acute care; QA/peer review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• SAE investigation and system-wide review to determine event classification.
• Lead RCAs and FMEAs per regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize system improvements to reduce risks.
• Present safety reviews to senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide education on patient safety science principles.
• Collaborate with OLAR and Risk Management to align with regulations.
• Maintain organized filing systems and data for reports.
