• Communicate balances and payment options clearly and respectfully.
• Establish approved payment plans and support financial-assistance workflows.
• Process payments and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Resolve or route disputed balances and follow issues through correct disposition.
• Protect privacy and comply with approved collection practices.
