Job summary

City of Hope in the Atlanta area seeks a Senior Patient Care Technician to support clinical teams with phlebotomy, IV starts, and port access. The role requires a paramedic license and a PCT/CNA credential is desirable, with BLS/ACLS and CPR required. Hours are 8:30am-5pm, five days per week, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Georgia Paramedic license required.
• PCT certification or CNA license desirable.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Hours are 8:30am - 5pm, 5 days a week.
• Performs phlebotomy including port access and starting IVs as appropriate.
• Assists department clinical stakeholders and reports patient needs.
• Environmental duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of patient needs.
