Job summary

Community Health Network in Anderson, IN seeks a Senior Patient Care Technician to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with meals, collaborate with the care team, and perform additional select care tasks.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to collaborate with others in a team setting and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to use a computer for documentation and work-related purposes.
  • Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and orients patients to the patient care area.
  • Performs meal service and feeding assistance functions.
  • Provides additional select care to patients.
  • Collaborates with other team members to perform other services as directed.
