This part-time Days position requires accurately collecting demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data to register patients presenting for treatment.

The successful candidate will excel in customer service, work in a fast-paced setting, protect patient information, and support efficient operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one of: Patient Access Representative I or II at Enloe Medical Center, or 6 months in hospital patient registration.
• 2 years patient registration experience in a medical setting or doctor's office.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional interpersonal relations.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by collecting demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data.
• Support operational needs to facilitate efficient ED registration and reimbursement.
• Protect patient information and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely admissions.
