Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one of the following: Competency as Patient Access Representative I or II at Enloe Medical Center, 6 months in a hospital patient registration position, or 2 years patient registration experience in a medical setting.
• Must demonstrate sensitivity and compassion for the hospitalized patient and family.
• Must be able to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and show willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and analyze all required demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data.
• Facilitate efficient operations and optimal consumer satisfaction in the emergency department.
• Demonstrate the core values of Enloe Medical Center in daily activities.
